Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will always be some variation in color, texture, weight, fragrance, design or packaging between batches. We strive for consistency, however we love to improve our products. If formula changes it will be stated on the description. If you absolutely love something that has recently changed, please email us @ contact@likadausa.com and we can go over a possible custom order. 

 

Soap and Products 

My soap has slowly changed color, can I still use it?

Yes! Some products may contain vanilla and natural ingredients which can cause discoloration. We try to slow that process but it may still occur. We apologize but naturally discolored items cannot be replaced

 

Are your products Vegan?

We aren't considered vegan but we do carry some vegan options

 

Is there any special care that soaps need?

Don’t let your soap drown in water

Give your soap plenty of fresh air between uses

Store your soap on a well draining soap dish. We offer a wooden soap dish or soap saver to keep your soap dry in between uses. Buy here dish and Buy saver here

Use a natural washcloth or loofah to extend its life

Use your fresh new soap within 6 months of purchase

Store unused soap in a dark cool place like lingerie drawer or linen closet

 

Why do you use Palm Oil?

Although Palm is one of the most controversial ingredients in body products, here at Likada we still use it. We can buy any palm oil from any supplier but we don’t. We spend time searching for Palm from RSPO certified suppliers. Meaning that they only supply sustainable Palm Oil. No deforestation occurs

 

Some product arrived melted, what do I do?

During the summer months some products may experience some melting. If you receive your package and something is melted just mix product and place in the fridge or in room temp. Keep in mind that if you put them on the radiator or in direct sunlight they’re going to turn into liquid too, so please keep them at room temperature or colder. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any product that is open, but no worries you can still use it. All hope isn't lost hooray! We would still love for you to email us to let us know and we will adapt to the season change in your area. 

 

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we are only able to accept PayPal through our website. Credit Cards can only be processed in person. Exceptions cannot be made on this. 

 

Is this site secure?

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Any personal information given to likadausa.com will be protected with the utmost care. Any personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to any third parties

 

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We ship via USPS within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands). Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time and are unable to send packages to any other countries or destinations. 

 

Where's my order?

Once you're order has been processed and shipped we will notify you via email with a tracking number. 

 

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Since we are a small volume business we are able to process orders within 24-48 hours. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us at contact@likadausa.com within 24 hours and your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded. Please allow one week (not including weekends or holidays) after refund is processed for funds to be returned to you. If you need to make a change your order please email us and we can charge you separately and send all items together.  If order has been shipped out we will not be able to make the changes and will need to create a new order. 

 

How long will my order take?

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days unless it’s a special order, back order or custom soap. Please note: Custom soap orders can take up to 9 weeks to deliver as soap can take 8 weeks to make and cure. All orders will automatically be sent ground unless you need it sooner. 

 

RETURN & DAMAGED GOODS

What if I'm not happy with order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason your are not happy with your order please email us within 48 hours of receiving order and we will be happy to make it right. Due to the nature of most items we can only accept returns of any unused items, unopened and sealed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Please also email us within 48 hours to notify me of any items that have been delivered damaged.

How are returned items credited back to me?

Returned items are normally credited in the original form of payment.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed from the day you return your package. We will notify you email once we have processed your return
